Extension in orders contract of Class 4 Employees working in School Education Department Punjab. However, before issuing extension in their contract, ensure the originality/ completion of the followings.
i. First Appointment order
ii. First Joining Report
iii. Transfer orders, if any after recruitment
iv. Medical fitness certificate
v. Merit List which shows their out top in merit
vi. Approved minutes of Meeting of DRC
vii. Advertisement which clearly reflect the post of appointed employee.
viii. Verifications of degree from concerned schools/ Board if applicable
Complete this task on priority basis with intimation to the office of undersigned.
